    RKN has over 33 years of extensive experience in software services industry and of which about 12 years with managing and delivering large and high revenue software projects. He has proven experience in project and program management successfully delivering some of the key and strategic projects.

    Having held Senior Project/Program management experience over the last three decades and since 2012, RKN has a successful career spanning over 13+ years as a Consultant/Coach/Trainer in areas of Project / Program management and trained and mentored hundreds of senior project management professionals and mentored them for implementation of industry best practices besides mentoring on “Ways of Working (WoW)” using Agile Methodologies. RKN has delivered several in house and Corporate Project Management trainings globally having trained Professionals in areas of Project Management and global Certifications.

    Currently, he is a senior practicing trainer, mentor and coach helping organizations to transform their project teams and adopt realistic and effective project management practices. RKN is a “ScrumStudy Certified Trainer (SCT™)” from Scrum Study and a Certified PMP® Professional from PMI- USA since 2011. Recently, he is a certified PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor. RKN has an average training rating of 4.8 on a scale of 1 to 5. His training sessions are popular for real time case studies, learning by role play, concepts driven through games and hands on activities using audio, video methods. He has a distinct of training and mentoring Japanese mid and senior level practicing project managers and has conducted over sixteen such batches exclusively for Japanese participants on project management & Agile trainings since the last eight years.
