Our Practice Head Joe Bastian, a Corporate Leader, who started his career as a Software Engineer in PCS Ltd. Mumbai in 1989 and who went on to take up corporate roles with MNCs as CISO & CIO in India and Abroad.
He is involved in implementing Information Security & Privacy Protection for multiple organizations in India. As an external resource, he has Audited and certified over 40 organizations in multiple countries on ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 20000, ISO 22301.
Over 3+ decades of deep understanding and expertise in driving Information Technology, Information Security & Compliance for large and small organizations. He is a subject matter expert in ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, IT Services Management, Digital Privacy Data Protection, Business Continuity.
He currently provides organizations in India and abroad implement Information Security and established sound and robust information security frameworks for them, establish teams and get organizations certified on International Standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, DPDP, HIPAA, PCI DSS
His core competencies come from his leadership positions with MNCs, which includes 8 years as the Head of Information Security (CISO) for the World’s largest retail franchisee company ‘MH Alshaya’ Kuwait (65000 staff, 4500 retail stores and US$ 6 billion in topline)

RKN has over 33 years of extensive experience in software services industry and of which about 12 years with managing and delivering large and high revenue software projects. He has proven experience in project and program management successfully delivering some of the key and strategic projects.
